Questions
Which edition do I need?
Pick Community if you only connect to databases, look at diagrams and run SQL. Pick Pro if you save your design, document it, or deploy changes with migration scripts. Pick Architect only if you model before choosing a database, or want to use your own AI key.
Can I start with Pro and move to Architect later?
Yes. A perpetual Pro license upgrades to Architect for the price difference, RON883.65, from the Customer Area.
What happens when the trial ends?
DbSchema switches to the free Community edition, which cannot open saved project files. Your files stay on your computer, and once you have a license, you can open them again.
What does perpetual mean?
You own the version you bought, and every release in the first year. After that, updates are optional: RON375.70 a year for Pro.
Monthly or perpetual?
Monthly includes every update, and you can cancel anytime. Perpetual costs the same as 10 months of the subscription. It works forever with every version released within a year of your purchase. For newer versions, renew the updates: RON375.70 a year for Pro.
