About the HSql JDBC driver
A JDBC driver is a Java .jar library that lets applications connect to HSql.

The HSql JDBC driver
HyperSQL (HSQLDB) is a relational database engine written entirely in Java, known for its small footprint and in-memory capabilities. It is commonly used in Java application testing, embedded systems, and as the default database for Java EE application servers during integration testing.
HSQLDB may run in two modes: local and server mode. In the local mode the database engine is started directly by the driver, and the software will run in the same thread, locally.

The driver archive is a zip file. Extract it and load the .jar files using DbSchema's Driver Manager.
